Hi,
I’m Reagan O’Meley-Capon Director and Senior Property Manager of ROC Property Services.
I set up ROC in 2022 as a boutique Property Management business. My mission is to deliver the highest level of personal first class service to my Landlords, Tenants, Properties, and Clients. The drive and passion I have for this business, I simply cannot put into words.
In 2003 I hit the ground running when introduced to Property Management and have never looked back. From 2003-to 2004 I attended Maitland TAFE, where I completed my Real Estate License and Property Management. I have also completed Certificate 4 In Business Administration, Certificate 3 in Financial Services, Diploma in Management and Leadership, Certificate in Nutrition, and Certificate in make-up.
I believe that being open and honest is key to a successful relationship with my landlords and tenants alike. Communicating with all parties involved on a regular basis ensures that landlords know how well their property is being maintained. When I call my clients, I just don’t talk to them about the Properties, I like to have a personal chat.
I have built this successful Business and Property Management Career on a healthy work and personal life balance. I’m a member of the local CrossFit Gym, Yoga, and Parkrun. I feel if you are nourished and running on all cylinders on the inside, it will radiate on the outside. I’m a Justice of the Peace and donate regularly at Maitland blood bank. You will always see me at a local community event supporting it and joining in.
My dedication to my career as a Senior Property Manager is demonstrated by becoming a top ten national finalist in the PPM best of the best Property Manager of the Year Awards 2019 and 2021. This is a prestigious award that thousands of property managers around Australia are considered. This award is based purely on skills, how I maintain tenant and landlord relations, and the passion I have for creating the best service and taking the best possible care of your property.
